  $22 per vehicle for Self Parking / $32 per vehicle for Valet Parking. No in and out privileges. No Validations.

• NO PAYMENT PLANS. All tickets must be paid in full at time of purchase.
• Ticket Price includes Three Course Gourmet Meal, Beverage and Celebration Program.
• Parking NOT Included.
• Tickets are non-refundable.

• Ticket required for Entry. Please be aware, each ticket will be computer scanned upon entry,
  therefore photocopying tickets is strictly prohibited.

SPECIAL PRICING
There is NO special pricing for Pastors/Ministers.

SEATING
Seating is based on first paid in full basis.
An Automated Seating Program will assign your seat(s) at time of purchase. (You may not choose seating within the banquet hall.)

GROUP SEATING
It is imperative you purchase tickets together in the same transaction to ensure seating together. Seating is automatically assigned at the time of purchase and there will be absolutely no exceptions. For example, you may not “add” someone to your table after your transaction is completed. Seating is automatically assigned at the time of purchase and there will be no exceptions.

TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Requirements for online purchasing

• Must have Valid Email Address.
• Must have Registrant Names if Applicable.
• Visa or MasterCard Accepted ONLY.
• E-Checks will not be accepted.

If purchasing a table:

• List Individual Names or
• List Purchaser’s Name for all seats.
• Purchaser will be solely responsible for retrieving and distributing tickets. Victory Outreach International relinquishes all responsibility.

PURCHASING BY MAIL – There is no purchasing by mail.

WALK-IN - Victory Outreach International (April 15th through October 15th.)

WALK-IN – After October 15, 2009

• October 16th – November 16th / Based on availability, tickets will be sold at Victory Outreach International 250 West Arrow Hwy, San Dimas, California.

• November 23rd / Based on availability, tickets will be sold at the “Victory Outreach International 70th Birthday Banquet Help Desk” at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel located at One Market Place, San Diego, California.
• Cash, Church/Personal Checks Will Not be accepted at any time.  Visa / MasterCard Only.

PICKING UP TICKETS

• Tickets will not be mailed out.
• Online Purchasers will be able to print bar coded ticket at time of purchase.
• Walk-In Purchasers will be emailed a link for printing their tickets.

Lost Receipt / Ticket(s)

• Online Purchasers can re-print their receipt and tickets, visit www.victoryoutreach.org.
• For any other ticket issues the night of the event, purchaser must bring confirmation receipt AND Photo ID to the “Victory Outreach International 70th Birthday Banquet Help Desk” at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel prior to doors opening.
